Track my order and enter the email address and postal code entered for this order. If the message: "sorry we didn't find this package" appears, it means that your package is still being prepared in our warehouse and will soon be shipped.
Once your package is ready to be shipped, the information concerning its tracking will be notified to you by email and you can then return to your order tracking to obtain information about your delivery.
My product arrived broken
In order to open a complaint, we invite you to follow the following procedure: My product is received broken You will need the information relating to the order in order to complete the claim. If it is a gift, do not hesitate to ask your loved one for details!
Upon receipt of your complaint, our customer service will get back to you very quickly.
We deliver in Metropolitan France as well as in Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg and Spain.
For deliveries within Switzerland, please note that customs fees may apply.
Delivery times and cost
Delivery terms vary depending on the carrier you choose.
- Home without signature (France) - 6,90€: delivery in 2 to 3 working days for any order placed before 1pm (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays)
- Home without signature (Belgium) - 6,90€: delivery in 3 to 4 working days for any order placed before 1pm (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays)
- Mondial Relay Point Relais (France & Belgium) – €4.90: delivery in 2 to 4 working days for any order placed before 1pm (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays)
- Chronopost 13 (France) - €9.90: next day delivery (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for all orders placed before 1pm (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays)
- Colissimo Outre-Mer - 19,90€: delivery in 10 to 15 working days for any order placed before 1pm (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays)
- DHL Express (Belgium-Spain) - €9.90: delivery in 2 to 4 working days for any order placed before 1pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
- Colissimo Suisse - €9.90: delivery with tracking in 4 to 6 working days for any order placed before 1pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
- Home delivery (Luxembourg) - €7.90: delivery with tracking in 4 to 8 working days for any order placed before 1pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
- Hauszustellung (Deutschland) - 9,90€ : Hauszustellung in 4-7 Tagen

Once the package is taken care of by our carrier, you will receive an automatic email containing a link allowing you to follow the routing of your order.
Be sure to check the delivery times expected by the carrier you have chosen. Note that these deadlines are given as an indication.
It happens that the package encounters an incident during the routing. If the expected delivery date is significantly exceeded, please collect the information regarding the order in order to contact our customer service here: Where is my package so that we can find a solution together the best solution.
Accepted payment methods
You can pay online by check, bank transfer or credit card: we accept CB, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, prepaid cards (CB, Mastercard, Visa) as well as American Express cards, or via the PayPal platform.
For orders in France, we also offer payment in 3 installments from 60 € of purchase via the Alma platform.
However, we do not accept payments by cheque or bank transfer.
Modification or Cancellation of order
As soon as your order is validated, we make every effort to deliver your pleasure break as soon as possible. Our orders are prepared by hand with care and love.
As a result, we are unable to change the delivery address, modify the order or cancel it.
Be aware that you have a withdrawal period of 14 days, upon receipt of your package, to return all or part of your order. For this, we invite you to fill out this form: I wish to return my order
Status of my unprocessed orderIf you place an order after 1pm, the order is prepared and shipped the next business day. The status will soon change to "processed".
- On rare occasions, our logistics team informs us that your delivery address is incomplete. So we will contact you in order to unblock the situation.
- Sometimes, one of the products chosen is a victim of its success and is out of stock. Here too, we will contact you to offer you alternatives that are all the more surprising!
